Each plan provides unlimited access to all the features of the iRoofing application. Included are easy-to-use DIY measurement tools so you never have to spend money on 3rd-party roof reports again. We recommend using it on devices with a cellular plan so you can use the app anywhere… from your office, your home or out in the field. If your device does not have cellular service, you can use iRoofing wherever there’s a WIFI connection or supply a hotspot from your phone to the device. No! Our pricing is very transparent, there are no hidden fees. Plus, we encourage you to partake in our FREE unlimited training sessions in order to get the maximum value from the software.
Yes! Each standard membership includes 3 licenses but you can add additional licenses to any plan for $35 each/month. Call us for assistance at 800.646.6270
iRoofing is available on most iOS and Android Tablets and on Android Phones. iRoofing for iPhones will be available in 2020. You can view a list of compatible devices here. Consider iRoofing’s Starter package which comes with a brand new iPad. We cover 40% of the cost of the device!
With our Month-to-Month Plan there is no contract or commitment and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel in the middle of the billing cycle, the cancellation will take place at the end of that cycle. iRoofing’s Annual Plans are a better value but do require your commitment. We do not refund money on yearly plans. If you need assistance with our application, give us a call at 800.646.6270 and we can work together to find a solution.
On a month-to-month plan, we automatically renew your membership monthly based on your original sign-up date. We charge your credit card on file. You’ll receive a confirmation via email. For our yearly plans, we will contact you leading up to your renewal date so as to avoid any interruption in service.
Yes! We designed iRoofing to work efficiently for your business. You can change or add your logo by calling us at 800-646-6270. You can update your branded presentation directly on the app and you can customize what materials are visible in the digital catalog section. Also if you work with local brands we will work with you to add your favorite materials and distributors to our app, though most of them are likely there already.
Your safety and privacy is our top priority. We use high-end encryption and we never share your information, so your jobs and projects only belong to you. With respect to your company account, we only permit the account Admin to make certain changes.
