SaaS Inside Sales

iRoofing is looking to grow at a record pace and are looking for energetic, outgoing and optimistic people to join our inside sales team. In this role, you’ll consult with software buyers in the roofing industry about the iRoofing Platform.

 

We offer uncapped commission and the tools you need to succeed. Whether you have a few years of sales experience under your belt, are new to sales or the tech industry, this is a great opportunity for anyone with a driven and competitive spirit. 

 

There is ZERO COLD CALLING (unless you want to) a lot of your appointments will be created by our SDR and marketing team.  Or you will be calling on people who have expressed interest in our services in the past.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations online and become a SME
  • Be a leader on our team by identifying trends to exploit, markets to pivot to or consider
  • Prospect, build and maintain your pipeline
  • Collaborate with team members who are critical to your success
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene in all administrative and reporting functions (CRM)
  • Leverage your leadership and other functions to deliver differentiated value during the sales cycle
  • Own the end to end process for closing new accounts and booking software and services
  • Meet and exceed your monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Keep in contact with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Have the ability to travel to trade shows on occasion 
  • You Win – Regardless of the obstacles, you win the client and then the business.

  • Highest fidelity written and verbal communication both internally and externally
  • Over Communication to management on active pursuits and key commercial discussions
  • Consistent reporting on opportunity development, strategies and resources needed
  • 0-2+ years of sales exposure. A year or two of previous sales experience in any setting is ideal, but we’re really looking for the right personality traits — eager candidates who are strongly motivated to succeed.
  • High energy. You have boundless enthusiasm and can maintain the same level of intensity all day. You start each morning with a positive attitude and ready to make an impact.
  • Competitive nature. You’re driven to be the best. You challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helping your teammates do the same.
  • Team Player.  Willingness to help other team members grow and reach goals together
  • Great communication skills. We get paid for making great matches between software buyers and vendors. Quality communication is crucial.
  • Ability to adapt…..in sales, sometimes you’ll get hung up on. Sometimes people might be less than cordial. It’s just part of the job.
